In this recipe it calls for Vinegar.
But it doesnt specify which type of Vinegar.
Which should I use???

I know my German friend always uses cider vinegar and oil for salad dressing. Actually I think on green beans it would be good too. I wish recipes would specify. Here in Canada when it calls for vinegar you assume it is white. In New Zealand they always use malt. Confusing. I've heard of German Style fried potatos and love them. What's the recipe for the beans - I'd like to try it myself.

White vinegar will be fine.

Whatever you have will work... white, cider, champagne, white wine, even balsamic!
