My first 45 rpm's for those who don't know what that is, ask your parents. My first 45's were "I Will Follow Him, My Boyfriend's Back, Johnny Angel, and Navy Blue."

What were the first records you bought? If they are my favorites too you get the points.

The first 45 I remember buying on my own was "Blue Moon" by the Marcels back in 1961. In 1960 my father bought me Elvis' first single release after he was discharged from the army. The song was "Stuck On You" with the flip side being "Fame and the Fortune".

I've been buiying 45 rpms for years and have over 5000 original records (some with picture sleeves) in my collection.
