I mean, those of us with true faith cannot be shaken. When we trust in the Lord with all that is in us, we can get everything in this world taken away, but no one can pluck us out of the Father's hand (that's from the Bible)

Some good examples of this are in the Bible, the stories about Job and Stephen are prime examples. But I've seen many people, myself being one of them, who have had their faith tested, but did not lose it.

Just a note, i dont answer questions that say Atheists only, cause i know they are closed off to my answers and points are not what matter. I think in those cases it might do more harm than good.

Ok, i dont think i made it clear what i was talking about. What i'm talking about is when someone asks a question like "how many days does the bible say the earth was flooded", and someone responds with "it didnt happen so why do you care?" (just a example i came up with in my head, not from an actual question)

Living H2O.... I too have walked through the fire, but there are many here whom are still new or wavering Satan knows this, and the Bible said that this would be so.
They are just doing what the god of the world wants, they just don't realize they are also fulfilling God's Word.
So, when you see it happening, just overlook it as something that will always be until the Final Judgment and go on as before.
Besides, if even ONE person is helped amid all this, it is worth it.
Peace be with you :)

Maybe not everyone who is not a Christian is an atheist. Christians don't hold a monopoly on God. Anyone who puts there hands on a plow and then looks back is not worthy of the kingdom of heaven. Let the spirit lead and the flesh will follow if some one even has the slightest interest in anything that is slightly spiritual then they are on the right path and the truth will be revealed stop seeing the cup as half empty. Maybe we should have a non Christian only forum. Would Jesus create a Christian only forum. Jesus is the truest of Christians and he would welcome everyone and he wouldn't get all fustrated every time some one who disagreed with him came along he would probably be loving and patient and intelligent and he wouldn't complain. What is a true Christian I don't know but I try to ask what would Jesus do.

Well atheists don't believe in anything so they must attack those who do. They can't back up anything they say and they. Wouldn't dare take the time to read the Bible it might scare the Earth out of them since they don't believe in hell. All they need to read is Romans chapter 8 verses 31 thru39 and add atheists to that list.

Atheists look at questions that say Christians only because they like to think of themselves as open-minded, myself included. I feel it's not fair to criticize people I know nothing about. Sometimes questions for Christians only are ridiculous from an atheist's point of view, so much so that it requires an answer.

Hon do you not realize that most Atheists have more academic religion study and Bible study under thier belts than the Christians? That is the reason that many of them chose Atheism. And heaven forbid there should be any informed discussion happening here. Information does not correspond with what your preachers would lead their sheep to believe
What does it matter anyway? If all the Atheists left the Christians would miss us. Who would they gripe about then?

what if the devil brainwashed you. you wouldnt be shaken just brainwashed to the devils thinking. what would you do then? anyways, be on the look out, the devil is next to you, and might embody you, and cause you to do wierd things like give up your religion and go into a new religion like the devils bible. stand strong right now. lets see how well your faith test up to that.

Guess what, this is a public forum. If you don't like hearing other people's viewpoints then go to an all chrsitian forum where everyone talks about how great jeebus is and pats each other on the back.

"Christians Only" is like an open, blinking neon invitation for all non-Christians (not only Atheists, but Agnositcs, Wiccans, and Zen Druids) to read and respond to. It's fun.

I don't know. Probably the same reason a dog re-marks with urine after another dog...just to make a claim and a stink.

Cuz it's fun! That's one of the main reasons why I come here. Because here, unlike the specific atheist forums, there are actually Christians and I love taking the battle to them.
