Lie on your stomach, lift up your shoulders and legs off the grownd, keep for 30 seconds or as long as you're comfortable. Repeat.
Don't forget to exersise abdominals as much as you exersise your back. Back problems are sometimes cause by eak abdominals.

I'm not sure if you have a barbell and dumbbell, buy go out and buy some and try these exercises on an every other daily basis. For strength, aim to do 3-4 sets of 3-5 reps.

Back exercises include:
Bent-over row, dead lift, one arm dumbbell row, and rear deltoid fly.

Good luck.

Have you seen your chiropracter/doctor about this? I think he/she is the one who will help you the most with this. You sound like you are doing great for the time being. Keep it up!
