my friends little sister [13] had her boyfriend over at her house all alone [also 13] and well...they looked at their parts...is it just me or they a little too young?

way too young. if it starts that early it will only get worse. i would talk to them about what could happen if they go father. good luck.

If all they did is "look" at each other's parts, it's perfectly normal. There is a curiosity that all children have. It usually happens way younger.
At age 13 I would be concerned that they are considering doing a little more than "looking". I'd also be concerned that a 13 yr old has a boyfriend.
Where are the parents in this situation?

13 is young but starting young is the generation now.

it is NOT you - they are too young! And it is too bad the parents were'nt there to stop this behavior. The kids have their whole lives AFTER 18 to discover, explore, and experience - 13 is just NOT right.

Honestly I believe it depends on how fast you mature. When I was 13 I experienced more than that. So really it depends on maturity.

I did that when I was about 8..its normal. they should know what they look like at that age. you should too.
