Yes. Whatever your NATURAL hair color is, that is the color of the hair that will grow everywhere else...from pubes to hair on your legs, armpits and more...that's why they call Lindsay Lohan a "fire crotch," because her pubes are probably red and looks like fire.

Actually I think they mostly have blond pub hairs because usually light hair people have blond arm hair and stuff. But some red heads might. Everyone is different. It depends on the genes!
