I want to make a slightly lemony bundt cake with slightly lemony glaze - I really don't have a problem using a cake mix but not sure how to do it. Any ideas? What if I just want a white or yellow bundt cake? can I use any mix for bundt cakes?

Lemon Bundt Cake..Use a yellow cake mix (so it looks like lemon) then add lemon juice with lemon zest. (about 3 TBSP per cake).

Lemon Glaze... I TBSP buttermilk, !/2 cup powdered sugar, and 4 TBSP lemon juice.

Invert the cake onto rack over baking sheet after 10 minutes, then pour half of glaze directly on top, drizzling everywhere. The other half should go on an hour later.

MMM, yummy enjoi!

Yes you can use any mix for a Bundt cake, just make sure the box is around 18oz. You can zest some lemon into the batter for a slight lemon taste.

Glaze

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
8-10 teaspoons lemon juice (use as little as you want)
1 tablespoon corn syrup
lemon zest (to garnish)

To make the Glaze

In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice and confectioners' sugar. Beat in the melted butter and 1 tablespoon water. Poke holes in the top of the cake and pour glaze over.
