I've read that activities such as running and jogging create forces on the body that are six to eight times your body weight and compression forces on legs and spine are greater than things like weightlifting. So will it stunt/slow down a teenage girls growth?

No unless you lift lol! Don't worry bodies were made for cardio completely healthy and won't stunt your growth! And you spine compressed during the daytime and when you lie down (ie sleep) its normal again!

there is no form of exercise that will stunt the growth of the human skeletal system only nutritional deficiencies can do that

No, your bone density, height etc. are more of a genetic factor than anything else. A healthy diet will also help.
