since december ive been working on bulking up, and ive seen no results. ive decided to start getting cut..and ive been following all the steps. dieting, eating 4-6 small meals, lifting low weight and alotta reps..but i STILL dont see anything..im scared that during my bulking period i didnt gain any muscle: ( IM VERY IMPATIENT AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!! schools starting in 2 months and i NEED to show off the muscle ive been working on. and also, can lifting low weight and alotta reps help form your muscle and help it grow? or does it just burn the fat off the arm?
