Definitely not. There's no reason to go into any sort
of exercise routine after breakfast. In fact, doing so
would be counterproductive, because you will need
the energy from the first meal of the day, to get thru
the day!
This is also true for lunch--although, depending on
what you eat for breakfast, (not everyone has a real
"full, fulfilling meal"), lunch may not be a necessity.
The best time to do any sort of exercise routine is
45 minutes to an hour after a complete dinner; you'll
burn of the majority of the days' calories during your
routine, and the energy you spend will help you to
get a decent night's sleep.
(You can also burn off calories while you sleep.)
Best of health & good luck.

nope...
too much exercise with a severely reduced caloric intake will not get you lean, the body will end up in starvation mode. just like with most other things the quality of your training is more important than the frequency. once a day is plenty especially for those that are new to getting regular exercise.
unfortunately the weight that you lost was all water, it takes a good 3 weeks for most on a structured training program and healthy diet to see a measurable decrease in the body fat %

no, i think that you should let your stomach have a digestion before you excersize. excersizing is good but if you don't digest than you'll have a really bad stomachache. your hungry when you go to bed because of all the excersizing. losing pounds is good but i think that you shouldn't do what you are doing now. i just say that digest then excersize. it will help you and your body not get hungry anymore.

you shouldn't exercsie for at least 2 or 3 hours after. you're body doesn't absorb the food you're eating if you exercise too soon afterward. this could be why you're losing weight.

They say only to work out for 30-45 min every other day. This way you aren't straining your muscles, and your muscles have time to heal in between workouts.

That sounds a little odd, like as if you were over exercising., which isn't a good thing.
