Adam was the first human. In l Corinthians 15:45 we read, “And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul.”
The first Adam introduced sin and it's consequences to the human race. The second "Adam", Jesus, purpose was the redemption of the human race and the cure for the first Adam's sin. 1 Corinthians 15:22, "For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive."

Adam was the first man on earth, but Jesus created Adam.
Gen 1:26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

Moses is from the Old Testament. He lived before Christ became a person that we call Jesus Christ. Jesus has always been as God. One could say that Jesus came before Moses since Jesus has always lived. The bible calls the Jesus before Moses, "The Word."
