Am I doing the right thing keeping him? Shouldn't I put him in a shelter?
He is neutred just in case!

Just yesterday, he peed less than 10 ft from our flag and he seemed to be enjoying his mischief :(

Don't be stupid. Your wasn't born in France--it's just a name for the breed. I'd be more worried about your own moral fiber if you actually get rid of the pet that you are responsible for just because it is a FRENCH bulldog.

First of all in my opinion you should never give a frenchie away, the breed has an exceptionally big heart and are very attached to thier humans. No offense but a dog doesnt know what a flag is...... dont all male dogs like to wee up against objects?? Maybe put a little fence around you flag.

LOL---can't answer the question since I really don't know what it is. But if you are considering dumping your Frenchie in a shelter, I would rather ask you give him to a Rescue to place. A shelter will just kill him and at least a Rescue can find him a proper home.
Not every breed is for everyone and perhaps a Frenchie is not a good fit for your household?
