why wouldn't it be good?
sex isn't a badge of honor, and it's held up too high in today's society. wait until you find the right person.
the funny thing is people feel so trapped by it that they go to a prostitute (if a guy), just so they can say they did it. there is no proof of course, and it didn't feel like anything, there really wasn't much point other than to check something off a list.

You, or who ever may be that is 31 years old, may feel forced to feel that its probably bad becuase of society today. But if you/or they are comfortable with being a virgin then there is no problem. If your not comfortable well go do something about, freshen up your social skills or something. Afterall we do have one life to live, so live happy. So if its preferred or not preferred ask yourself if your happy, in the end you or whoever will decide.

To be 31 years old is good. Virginity is good. Sexual abstinence is insane. Having difficulty between good and bad? If you have a degree in virginity share your wisdom.

Define good. Usually, Men/Women have been intimate with the opposite sex prior to 31, but if sexual intimacy is not important to you then why ask? Was being celibate a conscious decision or have you just not had the opportunity?

No it is not good, you have gone too long without enjoying lifes pleasures, you have missed out and life is passing you by. Get laid asap, trust me you will enjoy it.

If you have serious religious beliefs regarding abstinence until marriage, that is fine. But . . . it is still time to start improving your social life. Take a class. Learn a new hobby. Join some organizations. Get out there and meet people!

No, its not healthy. Either you don't want sex or you are unable to find sex. If you don't want it then you may have a medical or mental condition. If you can't find it then you will be dissatisfied and frustrated and may project negative emotions at yourself. If its for religious or philosophical reasons that's ok, but even then you have to try to find someone to marry.
