The simple answer is you know the same way he knows you're telling him the truth.Until you catch him in a lie or he catches you in a lie , you just have to trust each other.Although I don't know how long you guys have been dating, if you have these doubts, then maybe you should take things slow or end it.The alternative is to enjoy your boyfriend and what you got going.Good luck.

are you already in a relationship? guess you are . One always knows that. You can feel it. unless you are too blind. Time will tell. And watch how are you feeling, why these doubts? Something goes wrong? Check yourself first.

It will show thru his actions...If he (consistently) acts in loving ways towards you, he means it...If not, then he is just "paying lip-service"...
