It's a twitch and it's caused by being nervous.
Is there something bothering you? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you stressed out?

Is it just the lid? Or can you see the actual eye ball flicking back and forth?

The lid alone is not a big deal, usually due to stress, not enough sleep or too much caffiene.

If the eye itself is flicking, see your eye doctor as this is an unusual problem.

This may be caused by a lack of sleep or a nutrient deficiency. As in the words of a doctor I work with, "Get some sleep and eat a banana!"

I don't know, I've had the same problem as well recently....same eye. It's a twitch, which lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes.

It's just a twitchy nerve. It just happens from time to time. Not sure what there is to do about it.

It simply means that you are not getting enough sleep is all.
