someone was telling me about . . . hydro-transfer paper. . . or something. this is secondhand information, but basically you print them from whatever image you have on yer computer and apply to the skin with water. try a search for either water-transfer or hydro transfer paper. the cat who told me this also makes his own stickers, so i trust him. . . just try a search.

Real tattoos are not removable unless you have them removed with lasers or try all sorts of creams that aren't certain to work. Same with the laser. And home made tattoos ... I never advocate doing those, sorry. Try looking for henna kits and doing one of those if you want something removable. That is safe on top of it!

Go buy a pack of Crayola washable markers and have at it. They make like a million different colors, and have thick and thin tips for different types of line.
