Possible, but rare. As one ages, the lens becomes larger and more rigid, so close focusing becomes more difficult and most people need reading glasses. With further age, cloudiness (cataracts) develop in the lens, and the natural lens may be replaced with an artificial one to restore vision.

There are several methods to improve quickly and naturally eye sight... To know how to do that you can find here a compelte method based on researches done by some scientist, for a cheap price:

I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above...for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight. We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight. I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.
Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years. The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading. I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

Anyway i suggest to check the link that i posted :) It worked for me
Hope it helps.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/33c02

Yes. The See Clearly method. Books were written about this a long time before it was marketed. Glasses merely cause you're eyes to be accustom to a new level of laziness. Ever see an animal wearing glasses?

Basically, one's eyesight gets worse with time because they don't use their eyes while they are open. Rather, people tend to stare. Especially smart people. They think with their eyes open rather than actually looking at what the eyes are pointing to. When this happens, the eye doesn' t have motion. Without motion, it becomes lazy. We also tend to cover our eyes due to the glare of the sun, and turn on a light to allow us to see in the dark. Both these actions reduce the amount of contraction and expansion the eye must do to adjust for light. Again, you start to loose the elastic ability. The less the eye moves, the less it can see. Because, seeing is a rapid eye movement over an object.

To get better eyesight, you have to train your eye again. Eye Excercises have been developed to help you learn how to get them back up to speed. It's a lot like walking on crutches for a long time and not using your legs. The glasses being the crutches. And, then throwing away the crutches and trying to walk. Suddenly, you can't do it. Suddenly, you can't see. But, with physical therapy (i.e. eye excercises), they become strong again.

The body can fix most of it's parts on it's own. The older you are, the longer it takes to fix them (i.e. just like getting a boo-boo at 5 takes less time to heal than that same boo-boo at 75).

So - the answer is yes. I've done it. I've known many that have done it. Research it. You'll see (pun intended).

Yes, according to ophthalmologist William Horatio Bates, M.D. I read some of his work and have successfully used some of his techniques to prevent my eyesight from getting any worse over the last 12 years. To give you some perspective on what that means, I have been wearing glasses and/or contact lenses for almost 25 years. Prior to the Bates techniques, my prescription got worse every time I went to the eye doctor. Since learning the techniques, I've walked away from each visit with an identical precription to what I walked in with. I use palming and relaxation exercises.

Poor eyesight can actually be caused by stress. My optician said that when I reach the age of around 500 years I shall have perfect eyesight - hmm....

I've only heard of eyesight improving as you age, from when you're a small child to a young adult. Otherwise your vision doesn't improve (naturally, at least).

As you age from small child to adult, your vision becomes clearer, and your peripheral vision range increases.

You can try doing exercises to improve your vision. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

My vision is 20/400, which is really poor.

Other people have posted comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at:
