I mean I would like a tree that has nice flowers in spring, nice green leaves in summer, and beautiful orange/yellow/ and red leaves in fall, with an interesting design for winter.......someone once told me of one but i completely forgot

A dwarf conifer can have bright green leaves all year round and never needs any looking after, not even trimming.

However it looks like you want a deciduous tree even though they don't have any leaves in the summer. Maybe a wild cherry would be nice. I wouldn't bother with a proper cherry because the birds will always beat you to the fruit. In the winter you will see the bark which is deep reddish brown with stripes.

Silver birch is also very nice and doesn't grow too big.

It all depends on where you live and a visit to the garden centre will tell you what can grow in your area.
