i have two dogs,(a boy and girl), and sometimes when they mate the boy's penis get stuck in the girls vigina, and the girl trys to run, and he's drag behind, and they get stuck for about a hour, is this normal, what should i do if this happenes agin?

this is normal and now you should have pups this is how dogs breed.
Now since you didn't know this do you know how long they carry??
Do you know when the pups should begin being weaned??
When she they start to get wormed and shots???
she should deliver 63 days after breeding,they should begin weaning at 4 weeks but not be on solid until 7-8 weeks and should stay with mom until 8 weeks. They can start being wormed at 2 weeks and should start shots at 6-8 weeks

You should leave the dogs alone,as this is nature and dogs stay tied to prevent any other males from breeding the female within a certain time limit.

You wait patiently and make sure neither one gets hurt in the meantime. What do you do if this happens again? You have them spayed and neutered! Then it won't be an issue at all!

My mom is a vet do not put water on them. You could hurt them. They will come apart on their own but he may be swollen so you need to wait take awhile> If you did not want this to happen if you take to vet within 72 hours mismate shot you can stop her from getting pregnant.

This is normal. Leave them alone, or better yet, spay and neuter them and don't breed any more puppies. There is already too much breeding by people who don't know what they're doing.

They are supposed to get stuck/ It is nature's way of trying to make sure the female is pregnant. Please do not try to seperate them or you can do serious damage to both male and female.

My mom had this happen before with her dogs ok u get warm water and put it where there stuck at and try to move him away from her Dont put to hot water jus warm because u dont want to burn there genticles

this is easy. it happened to my dogs once. if you have a hose, hose it off and it should slip out! (that was kind of gross to let out, but...)
