Bubble bath and feel good music (shut the world away and relax for an hour or so). Then get in your pj's and watch a feel good movie. After a night's rest, get up in the morning and make a list of all the things that are stressing you out and note whether they're not worth worrying about or if there is some action you can take to clear them off your list.

running is a great way to relieve stress...multiple studies have shown that running takes your mind off your problems...so grab your ipod and running shoes and just go...even if you hate running, try to zone out with you loud music..also make sure that you have up tempo music that gets you pumped...here are some songs:
get the party started- pink
never again- kelly clarkson
burn this city- cartel
the great escape- boys like girls
tell me what you want- the spice girls
breathing really deeply is also a great way to relieve stress!!! or writing down all of your feeling in a journal...set a timer for 5 minutes and write as fast as you possible can...you should not be worried about spelling or grammer or anything, and your pen should never stop moving...you just write anything that comes into your mind...it works sooooo well!!!!

Swing on a swing and listen to the birds.
Go for a drive in the country.
Go fishing in a quiet lake.
Go swimming at a beach.
Take a hot shower or bath.
Make a bonfire and watch the flames, it is kind of mesmerizing.
