Is it better to workout at night or in the morning? Why?

Depends on when you have the most energy. I'm not a morning person at all and don't have much energy in the morning. I'd faint if I tried to work out then. I have more energy in the late afternoon and evening, so I workout then.

After your seocnd meal. Evening, because in the morning, you eat less, you eat fibre which starts off your system for the day, you are weaker in the morning, after breakfast, and after lunch (a few hours after) you can go for a good solid workout, in the afternoon.

More people stick with it if its mourning and less chance of getting sidetracked and not doing it so mourning's are better plus the advantage of the boosted metabolism and the energy from a work out.

its better to work out in the night becuz when you work out in this kind of weather your liable to pass out. so i subjest night.
