I am sorry to say that you are wrong. In Matthew 5:18, which I quote hereunder:(17) “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. (18) “For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”You were erroneously carried by the misinterpretation of these verses. When the Lord Jesus Christ said that, He “Is come not to destroy the laws and the prophets, but to fulfill”,. You recklessly interpreted that the “laws” and the “prophets” meant by the Lord are the Ten Commandments; But this is not so!To give you a backgrounder, our Lord Jesus Christ came to earth to fulfill the “laws” and the “prophets” intended exclusively for Him by God the Father. (Hebrews 10:7) “Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.” Note the phrase “written of me”, meaning, the will of God for Him to accomplish. Does it mean the Ten Commandments? (Luke 24:44) “And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.”Note again that He is going to fulfill those that were written in the Law of Moses, in the prophets and in the psalms concerning Him. Why not the Ten Commandments? Because the Ten Commandments were not meant for Christ! (1 Timothy 1:9-11) “Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.”Consider that the Ten Commandments were not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient! Jesus Christ is righteous and obedient. (Hebrews 5:8) “Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered…” He is obedient because He fulfilled all the laws and the prophets written concerning His person and exclusively for Him. You are rapidly concluded that he broke the Commandments and observed of the Seventh Day Sabbath by going to the synagogues on Sabbath Day. But did He enter the synagogue on Sabbath day to keep it?(Luke 4:16-19) “And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” (Luke 4:28-30) “And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath, And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong. But he passing through the midst of them went his way…” If you are going to look closely, He went into the synagogue, not to keep the seventh day Sabbath but, to preach the gospel (not the 10 commandments); and when the Sabbath keepers heard his preaching, they rose up against Him, wanting to destroy Him. Why would Sabbath keepers destroy a fellow Sabbath keeper? We do not only apply logic here, but verses to prove that Jesus Christ did not keep the Sabbath being kept by the Jews. (John 5:18) “Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.” After all, He is not under obligation to keep the Sabbath or to follow the Ten Commandments which are meant for the “lawless”, and not for a righteous person like Him. Why do I say that He is not under obligation to keep the seventh day Sabbath?
(Mark 2:27-28) “And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.”

Notice that He is Lord, also, of the Sabbath. The Lord is not under the Sabbath but, Sabbath is under Him. The verse said that the Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath. Sabbath made for man = The Israelites (Deuteronomy 5:15)
Not man for the Sabbath = Meaning not all men are obliged to keep the Sabbath
The Son of Man = Lord of the Sabbath = Not under the Sabbath
Nowhere in the book of Acts (that discloses the activities of the first century Christian) church can you find a verse that the disciples congregate in keeping the Sabbath. The apostle Paul is recorded to have entered the synagogue every Sabbath to persuade the Sabbath keepers, and as a result, they opposed him and blasphemed. Again, why will a Sabbath keeper be opposed by a fellow Sabbath keeper?(Acts 18:4, 6) “And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks…”“And when they opposed themselves, and blasphemed, he shook his raiment, and said unto them, Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean: from henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles.”Records in the gospel inform us of the truth that the disciples did not keep the seventh day Sabbath.(Matthew 12:1-2) “At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were hungry, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat. But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.”You must remember that it is prohibited for Sabbath keepers to do any work on the seventh day. That is why the disciples and the apostles were charged by the Jews for not keeping their Sabbath. It is not lawful to kindle fire on The Sabbath.(Exodus 35:3) “Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.”Can you imagine the apostles eating corn, raw? It is very evident that they broke the Sabbath because they understood that it was not for them. There is a holy day for Christians; not like the day regarded holy by the Israelites. The apostle Paul speaks of it to former 7th day Sabbath keepers who were converted to Christianity. (Hebrews 4:4, 8 ) “For He spoke in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: ” And God rested the seventh day from all His works…”“…For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day.” Note that God first spoke of the seventh day in verse 7, which, Joshua, leading the Israelites to the Promised Land, administered unto them; but on verse 8, he speaks of another day, meaning, other than the seventh day. Paul gave us his basis for this ‘another’ day. He mentioned the Psalms of David. (Hebrew 4:7) “He again marks out a certain day, saying in David, “Today, “(after so long a time). Even as it is said, “Today, if you will hear His voice, harden not your hearts.” This day of rest is what remaineth for the people of God in the New Testament. (Hebrews 4:9) “So then there remains a rest to the people of God.” Notice meticulously the terms being used by Paul:
1. another day
2. certain day
3. a rest or a Sabbath
Definitely, these terms do not mean the seventh day Sabbath. There are so many seventh day in a year. The New Testament mentions of a certain day (singular), another day (singular), a rest (singular).
What is this day? It is in the Psalms of David, according to Paul. (Psalms 118:20-24) “This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter. I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation. The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” This is a Day with voice! If you hear His voice, harden not your hearts, the verse said. This Day is the gate where the righteous will enter. It is the stone which became headstone of the corner. This is the Day that the Lord hath made (emphasis mine). This Day is Jesus Christ: the true Sabbath or rest for Christians.(Matthew 11:28-29) “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.” Regardless of the literal day, Christians congregate; the Day that the Lord has made is with them. Christ is with them. Peace is with them. They are in God’s rest or Sabbath.(Matthew 18:20) “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Where the spirit of Christ is, there is peace; there is rest; there is Sabbath. (John 14:27) “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”Where there’s no peace there’s no rest, and where there’s peace there is genuine rest or Sabbath.Brother I hope and pray that you and I may rest in peace — in the real Sabbath of the Lord. Remember the Lord Jesus is the Lord, also of the Sabbath or ‘rest’.

Breaking the Sabbath was, in fact, a sin, to those who were under the Law, but Jesus said in his famous Sermon on the Mount: "Do not think I came to destroy the Law and the Prophets. I came, not to destroy, but to fulfill." The Mosaic Law had a purpose (which is not the current question), and Jesus fulfilled that purpose. Galatians 3:24, 25 says: "The Law has become our tutor leading to Christ...but now that that faith has arrived, we are no longer under a tutor." In ancient times a 'tutor' was not the actual teacher, but the person designated to conduct the student to the teacher. So, the Law was the tutor leading us to Christ and Christ is the goal. So, once the Christ came, as the scripture said, 'we are no longer under a tutor (the Law)'. Jesus is also called Lord of the Sabbath in one of the accounts to which you refer...Matthew 12. In verse seven Jesus makes the point: "If you had understood what this means, 'I want mercy, and not sacrifice,' [a quote from the prophets] you would not have condemned the guiltless ones." Sacrifices were required by the Law, but what God cares more about is mercy...which the Pharisees were not extending to the hungry apostles who simply plucked a few grains off nearby stalks to eat. As mentioned above, the Law had much more lenient standards than those imposed upon the common people by the hypocritical religious leaders. Jesus is the only human to ever live a perfect life and die faithful to God.

wrong thay tried that on JESUS befor watch this
Plainly, the Scriptures above show that Yeshua customarily kept the Sabbath. He taught in synagogues and explained that the Sabbath was not supposed to be a burden, but rather a blessing. Because the Jews recognized that Jerusalem had been destroyed and their ancestors carried into captivity for Sabbath breaking, some built a hedge of rules around the Sabbath which tried to dictate its observance in minute detail. They made the strict keeping of the Sabbath according to their rules more important than the well-being of human beings:

MATTHEW 12:1 At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. And his disciples were hungry, and began to pluck heads of grain and to eat. 2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said to him, "Look, Your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath!" 3 Then he said to them, "Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, he and those who were with him: 4 how he entered the house of God and ate the showbread which was not lawful for him to eat, nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests? 5 Or have you not read in the law that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are blameless? 6 But I say to you that in this place is One greater than the temple. 7 But if you had known what this means, 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the guiltless. 8 For the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath." 8 Now when he had departed from there, he went into their synagogue. 10 And behold, there was a man who had a withered hand. And they asked him, saying, "Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?" - that they might accuse him. 11 Then he said to them, "What man is there among you who has one sheep, andif it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out? 12 Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath." 13 Then he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and it was restored as whole as the other. (NKJV

nope. When the religious ppl got after him for healing on the sabbath, they were asked, how many of you, if one sheep were lost on the sabbath would not go immediately to find him. Of course they all would. That is working on the sabbath, and none would have found fault with them.
He pronounced himself to be the good Shepherd, saving his sheep, (us), who are lost. Therefore there is no fault.
btw when the Christ was born the Old Testament fell away having all its prophecies fulfilled. As in last word and testament.
Now the Christ had come, all laws fell away, as Christ was the new law. Not here to destroy the old Law, but to aid us in seeing it for what it truly is.
No, Jesus was not a hypocrite.
Please get to know The Bible before making blanket statements that are ignorant simply because you have not done your homework. There is a lot more to the Bible than what I expect you are willing to learn. So just let it go. you believe what you believe, and let go that I believe as I do. btw I am also Wiccan.
Besides, you don't have to call anyone names, a bit like kindergarten isn't it?

Jesus was both man and God. As God He could break the sabbath and did in certain instances. By the same token is it sin for the minister of any church or synagogue to preach/work on the sabbath? Is it sin for a woman to fix meals for her family on the sabbath? Is it sin to feed the hungry, clothe the naked or gives alms to the poor on the sabbath? If you are in auto accident and gravely injured on the sabbath should the doctors refuse treatment for 24 hrs. or the ambulance and and law enforcement refuse to help? The church was made for man, not man for the church.

Judge righteously not unrighteously.

Jesus said 'which of you having an oxen or sheep and it falls into a pit on the sabboth will not lay hold of it and pull it out?' and ' if you circumcize a boy on the eight day even if it falls on the sabboth...'

Letters bring death, but the Spirit is just and brings life.

If you really want to bring up an issue ask this;

Why did God command that those who broke the sabboth by gathering sticks for their home get killed and King David who ate the sacred showbread live?

Therefore I would assume God looks at the thoughts and intents of the heart and give's mercy to those who show mercy and no mercy to those who show no mercy.

God gave man the law in order to show man the impossible standard that is required to fulfill His righteous standards. Few saw the foretold coming of Jesus through the law and lived in the faith of Jesus way before He came. Others only saw the regulations and went around enforcing every little letter and they died in their sins never seeking the righteousness that comes from faith and not law. But those who saw Jesus as the one to come, lived in faith and not law and obtained greater favor because of this. Seek mercy and grace and love, then you will understand the goodness of God.

he wasn't working on the sabbath, he healed. does that mean tha when you get hurt on the sabbath that you don't want the doctors to heal you?
If you were in a major accident on the sabbath, there would be no one to help you. No doctors, no paramedics, no neighbors, nothing would help you to live. Is this what you want?
Neither did Jesus. And he made that plain.

because Jesus came to replace the old covenant. you don't understand because you are NOT a Christian and you are intentionally misreading the intent behind those statements. the sabbath IS a holy day where one is supposed to rest and do nothing - so if you have a chance to save someone's life, does that mean you will need to pass it up in observance of the sabbath? that is what Jesus meant. we have the Holy Spirit to counsel us, not just the laws.

example
let's say we wreck our mom's car and she says she's going to murder us. most of us know that we probably don't need to call the police or get a gun to protect ourselves. but we do know that mom is going to punish us in some way that does not involve a felony. but then...maybe in your family you ARE literal in what you say.

jesus was perfect::: the sabeth was made for man but not all men ,, law was made for men but not all men,, and jesus spoke to all men even the lawless ,, the thinking is if I am the lawless then the law is not a good thing.. just because I'm the minority doesn't mean I should go to hell ,, the first shall be last,, because as it turns out if the lawless ruled, the law would have only spoke for the minority,, and jesus would have been at there table too...he speeks to both ,,,just because your on the otherside doesn't make your side right....

Jesus didn't break the sabbath, he broke the Pharisee's perverted version of the sabbath. Try reading that in context.
