If it's Crystal, You have to clean and polish the glass to keep it clean enough to reflect the light. Try a good glass cleaner, same as used for windows.

Because in the shop they probably had loads of different lights from all around the chandlier. So light was hitting the chandelier at all different angles making it sparkle like crazy but now it's in your house the only light is the bulb in the middle of it so theres no where near enough light to hit at every angle.

You can get a spray for chandeliers - you put loads of newspaper/towels on the ground beneath it & spray the whole chandelier, let it slowly drip off & then it will sparkle!

Make sure you have light out before you spray it though!

Can't remember what the spray is called though sorry!

It sounds like your crystals need to be cleaned. It is a laborious project, but dust settles on the surfaces and dulls the sparkle. Turn off the light, use your favorite glass cleaner, and a hight-quality paper towel. You will need to wipe down each surface, and it should sparkle afterwards.

When is the last time you washed the crystals? And, with what?
Please, as time consuming as it may be, and with someone assisting you, clean the crystals with windex, or vinegar. Wipe each one down after spraying them with the windex, etc. Then, they will shine and sparkle like new.
Also, one reason why they may not "shine" like in the store, is because of all the other lighting in the store that was on.
Take care.
