I feel good tonight. I spent the day swimming and enjoying the sun.
I have decided to let go of all the pain that has held me in a tight grip for a very long time.
I can just be me. What happens next will be a surprise to me but I won't let myself be disappointed any more.

Well it's morning here and I had the best nights sleep, I came home from hospital yesterday after nearly 3 weeks in the there and it was wonderful to sleep in my own bed
