just curious if you all baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost or if you baptize in Jesus name or if you do both ways or if you do a different way all together?

(Insert name of person being baptized here), Having authority given me of Jesus Christ, I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

This is actually what is said when a person is being baptized.

Having been commissioned of Jesus Christ we baptize them in the name of the Father, and the son, and of the Holy Ghost. We totally immerse him or her in the water before bringing them out of the water.

All three...by immersion...

Docterine & Covenants 20:73

The person who is called of God and has authority from Jesus Christ to baptize, shall go down into the water with the person who has presented himself or herself for baptism, and shall say, calling him or her by name: "Having been commissioned of Jesus Christ, I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen."

Hey! this question made me remember the day of my baptism. It was great! and I was so happy. When I was in the water already it was great!!!
It was a beautiful day and there was a snowstorm outside and anyways lots of members were there for my baptism. I loved each part of it. And the day of my confirmation was great too.

They baptise you in the name of the father, son and Holly Ghost.

Mine was in spanish and the Elder said: KGFR (my complete name, those are my initials) Por el poder que se me concede (or something like that) yo te bautizo el el nombre del Padre, Del Hijo y del Espiritud Santo, Amen. And then I went completly under the water for a few seconds.

The other LDS already explain how we are baptized.
So let me explain one point.
Having commission by Jesus Christ, states that the one who administer the baptism have the power and authority to do so, which in our understanding is the "Priesthood power".

Remember what Jesus Christ said?

21 ¶ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

(New Testament | Matthew 7:21 - 23)

As also show in the Old testament:

4 And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.

(New Testament | Hebrews 5:4)
