I have some proof here that shows that he was indeed God.Luke 3:21-22,Now when all the people were baptized,it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying the heaven was opened and the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him and a voice came from heaven, which said thou art my beloved son in thee I am well pleased.
Those words were straight from the mouth of God.still don't believe?Read Luke 1:26-35

I had a crow land on me once. Does that count?
"And the holy ghost descended in a bodily shape like a crow upon the man known as 'Houston we have a problem' and said this is my son"
Cool, now I have the same legitimate claim to being God as Jesus does. Bring me some water, I'll make wine to celebrate!

God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit. Why is it that no one understands that with God all things are possible. God is in Jesus, just as He is in the Holy Spirit. They also can act as separate entities. I take those things in shades of gray, because it just seem unimportant. I'm comfortable with my relationship with God, my belief and rel. with Jesus, and grateful for the direction from the Holy Spirit. They are all connected with God's spirit, and act as God would have them act. They cannot do anything else because of the connection. Ever see the magician with the separate steel rings, which will connect and unconnect. that's kinda the idea.
Just my opinion, that an a little more than a buck will get you a cup of coffee.
Blessed Be

According to the Urantia book, that was the moment Jesus was fused with his indwelling God fragment (aka Thought Adjuster), but because of his nature - being in a few words a direct offspring of the Trinity - he didn't actually fused. Nevertheless, the indwelling God fragment was personalized and those were the words that he (the now Personalized Though Adjuster, literally God) said to him when he left him. According to the Urantia book, these are the words that every mortal being receives upon the moment of fusion with his Thought Adjuster.
Not that anyone cares, but I thought to made that post just to relieve the monotony that dominates this forum of quoting the Bible. : )

I believe that Jesus was God made manifest.
Colossians 2
9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, 10 and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority.

A mortal being and an immortal, immaterial being at the same time? A logical impossibility.
I am planning to quit Christianity.
