Be a female and conquer him. Eyes, acts, your image in him, be always a happy woman, never insecure, respect him as he is and do not try to change him the way you think he should be, laugh, every now and then just with no reason touch his arm and say "you're great, am thinking It's easy to love you"

Why does the guy have to ask you out? Because "pretty girls" get guys to ask them out, and never have to do it themselves?
That's pretty silly of you. If you like someone, ask them out yourself. And if you don't, who cares if they ask YOU out?
