It just seems like he is not much of a team player.

I think there are enough teams that recognize his raw talent and would be willing to stick by him for a year or 2 more before he matures into a better racer. Ginn would be about the best fit because it would be a newer driver with a newer owner and they could learn together and build trust with each other along the way. He WILL someday be a perennial contender for the championship and win a lot of races consistently. I think he can evolve into a better teammate when he settles down and sees the big picture, which is to get the best finish you can every week. I see that in Kurt, he's mellowed some and seems to be a little better than a few years back (the pit road deal aside). Rick supported him but he is NOT going to let his drivers badmouth their cars on a regular basis. There's one thing to being honest and another to being grateful and gracious. Sometimes you need to bite your tongue and just accept the trophy with a smile on your face. Sticking around the track to finish a race is probably a good idea as well. If he wants TOTAL support he needs to do his part to show that he is going to give EVERYTHING he has even when things aren't going his way.

Of course he will find a new team. And new support. I've always been a Hendrick fan at least until the end of this year. Kyle has proven that he is a good driver and should have no problem finding a new team to drive for. Wouldn't it be great if he went to DEI and kicked butt? It would serve the brat right and prove to Hendrick what a huge mistake he'd made.

I don't care where he goes, as long as he stays out of RCR. But darn Harvick told Kyle RCR was looking to add a 4th team next year. Oh, I could kick Harvick's butt right now! Out of all the RCR boys, he's the last one I thought would invite or get along with Kyle Busch at RCR. Just wait until I see that Harvick! LOL.

Is Kyle wanting a team to basically do everything for him? Heck, does Kyle want the team to drive the car for him too?
Does support him at all costs mean, stick behind him and hold his hand and tell him it'll be alright weekend after weekend as he wrecks cars and hits walls? Every time he whines or gets mad about about losing to someone else? A team owner who doesn't care if he says he hates to the COT just after he won a race in it?

He's like any other top driver,he wants to be the #1 driver on the team. While at Hendricks he wasn't going to be for a while with Gordon and Johnson ahead of him.You can't blame a person for wanting to better themselves. If I was a Team owner and have the chance to get him I'd jump all over the opportunity.

If Kyle can prove himself to be the number one driver for a team I am sure that they will support him at all costs, however not until then.

Probably the only way this will happens is if Bush starts his own team. Being owner/driver the team will support him 100%. Other than that, I would say no.

If Terrell Owens and Keyshawn Johnson could keep getting jobs in the NFL, Kyle has no worries. The fact is the kid has talent. And most owners probably think, "I can calm him down'.

He had better get smart in a hurry or no top team will touch him. Most of the top teams are set for the next few years. He & Montoya might drive as team mates because niether one knows what team work means.

I think Ginn Racing may support him, with them requests. They are new to the sport and want to win now. He is their guy, in my opinion, to help the future of that team.
