I am going with my fiance in a good restaurant and i want to get something *classy* and *fancy* for dessert..
you know..like hmm.. pears with mint or something like that...

My favorite dessert isn't fancy nor classy so I guess it won't help here but coconut cream pie is mine. Of course all restaurants have different menus but I'm sure this "classy" place will have tiramisu.

You didn't mention which food type of restaurant you're going to but more than likely tiramisu(pronounced tea-rah-me-soo) or creme brulee (pronounced crem broolay)will be on the menu.....if not go with anything that has berries or fruit natural is always sophisticated!

Tiramisu is nice, as is chocolate torte with raspberries or any kind of berry sauce. Most fancy places also have good ice cream, and you can never go wrong with ice cream.

Chances are that Tiramisu will appear on the menu. That and/or Creme Brulee. Both are very good.

Creme brulee.
Bananas foster.
Cheesecake.
Fruit tart.
Decadent flourless chocolate cake.
Chocolate mousse.
Chocolate souffle is awesome!

The best is strawberries injected with amaretto and dipped in chocolate. Delicous.
