I am going with my fiance in a good restaurant and i want to get something *classy* and *fancy* for dessert..
you know..like hmm.. pears with mint or something like that...
what do you recomment?

You can't go wrong with tiramisu, a frothy, sensual Italian dessert. It is also known as chocolate heaven on earth. Once you take a bite of tiramisu, it leaves a lasting impression. It is my favorite dessert. I highly recommend it.

If you're eating at a french restaurant---try poire belle helene. It's pear with ice cream and chocolate syrup. OH, or Creme Carmel. Ahhh, that's heaven.
Cheesecake? That's decadent and rich, and depending on how it is dressed can be elegant.
Chocolate mousse and fruit?
Baked Alaska?
It really depends on what genre of restaurant you're going to.

Don't know about fancy, But I like Banana Pudding fixed southern style!!!!!

I can't decide my favorite between these two but they are chocolate pudding and strawberry cheesecake. They are both light and delicious!
