Maybe, that depends entirely on you. I don't take creatine, but as far as I am aware it allows your muscles to retain more water which would in turn increase the amount of load you could endure in your weight-lifting. If you strength-train while taking creatine, then it can help you work harder...which in turn helps build more muscle. If you take creatine and don't lift weights, then nothing will happen at all.
