I don't have to think .. I know sex can be better with someone you despise. Nothing wrong with a good grudge phuck, sometimes it's just what the doctor ordered. If that is what you've got the itch for, usually the best way is to engage in ex sex.
I'm figuring your talking about an ex boyfriend here, so if you've got the hankering for some rough sex with no strings attached, go find one of your ex's ... or that annoying jerk you just love to hate!
P.S. For the best results ... exchange cruel, demeaning insults with your chosen nemesis .. all the while consuming adequate amounts of alcohol and have fun!

Interesting question - and you do know that there is just one step between love and hate.
Think the sex would be very passionate - maybe not healthy, but definitely very action packed!

Very interesting and thought provoking. Personally, I think sex would be a lot more violent, ya know, choking, sadistic, etc. Its counter intuitive, but you might be onto a whole new thang.
