I have an 07 2.5 S Altima, and I love it. Like someone else said about the intelligant key and push button start, if you have young kids it helps out. You don't have to dig for your keys so you can keep your hands on your kids. It also comes with standard curtain side air bags and air bags in the front seats. I just got back from a trip to Cincinnati from middle tennessee. I went 552 miles on 18.5 gallons of gas and still had a gallon and a half left in the tank. So it's good on gas. If you want a discount email me and a can get you a friends discount, I work at the plant that builds the Altima.

Altima is a very good car to buy. If you want more details of it go to nissanusa.com then go on the tabs that says cars then find altima. As a Nissan supporter I would love the Alitima in my garage. The new NISSAN ALTIMA is even larger than ever.

I had an Altima for my first car and it was a wonderful buy. I got great gas mileage, reliability, durability and it was a nice car. Over 200,000 miles later my brother is still driving it and we haven't had any incidents that required major repairs. I think this would be a good decision. The only con I had was the size but the newer Altimas are larger than the one I had. Good Luck!

If you're going to get an Altima i would suggest getting one of the new 07 models. The intelligent key and push button start are very cool features. Aside from that, they now come standard with air bags all the way around in addition to the standard front ones. Look up CVT transmission when you get a chance...you'll find that it really is quite remarkable. There's almost no reason to go with the old body style unless you're on a fixed income. With the release of the '07 style all the others have lost value substantially.

Yes, but you need to be more specific about what year your considering. There is a hugh difference between the 2nd & 3rd generation Altima. Altima is now in it's 4th generation. So I can't really awswer your question without more details.
