Two places: my garden and my altar. Working with plants, tending them, even just standing there looking at them gives me peace and refreshes me. I go sit outside every morning before work so I can enjoy the fresh smells and see what's grown overnight. When I'm feeling troubled or that I need to be closer to spirit, or want to do a ritual, I go upstairs to my altar. It's quiet up there, I can think and interact with my gods. And the cats like to join me, too.

The place where I find relief is in the Word of God, being in His complete and total prsence, knowing just how very much I am unconditioanlly loved and taken care of by the one who created me. I can do that anywhere, be at at home, in the yard, up in the wilderess, at the ocean, by the river, valley, or stream To be in Gods prsence is all there is, and then to be ble to do that when you are out in nature, with all the beauiful, awesome things He made for us to just simply enjoy, is a pleasre that is beyond description. To be with God anywhere is beyond description, but to be out in the splendor that He created for us, talking to Him, praying to Him, worshippoing Him, and just simply being there with Him is the only way to find the ultimate relief, solitutde, and peace. Being with God is where we can truly have these bodies and minds recharged, so that we are ready for whatever comes at us again. God tells us that no weapon formed against us will propser when we are in Him. That means being a born against Christian, that loves Him enough to obey Him, and truly be in His aabiding care. In Him, we do find complete reneewal, refreshing, restoration, and His spirit lives so within us that we feel a total revival in our hearts and we are made new and we are stronger, and happier, and at peace, and we know that whatever the devil tosses our way, it wont be allowed to take us down, because we are walking in the spirit of God daily, and we know we have His power and authority to overcome sin and do whatever we need to do to Stay His and tackle this world, with all the YUK thats in it. Because it cant grab ahold of us, when we daily moment by moment walk in The Holy Spirit. Our minds are just renewed with the indwelling of the Holy spirit and we are made fresh and new moment by moment, and full of the peace of the Lord that passes all understanding. For those of you that dont yet have that, I pray you will, as it is worth EVERYTHING. There is no peace quite like it.

For myself the Ocean brings me this great joy, but the place I can go to the most is in the early mornings, laying in bed I look out on to a very large eucalyptus tree and I let the brezze blow though the window, and my world becomes so peaceful, my mind so relaxed, 15 to 20 minuites of this every morning and I look forward to the day . My global friend I hope you can find your place of peace. cd.

I SOMETIMES FIND relief and comfort, when I sleep...I pray before sleep, and my spirit worships while I am a sleep, and my guide comes to me, usually sent by God, to guide, teach, and comfort me. I wake up refreshed, and I am ready to go on again, knowing that God is there for me in all my battles.

Return to the breath... the basic of life. No Mr. Miyagi jokes here, I'm serious. I hit the meditation cushion and work on letting thoughts go like clouds in the sky... breeze on by.

I find relief in the promises of God and the fact that this life is not all there is. I find relief in singing, reading the word, and praying anywhere, especially in my room.

I find relief anywhere I and my Bible are. My only source of real relief is in the Bible. I've tried other places, other ways, but nothing brings me peace of mind like reading the Bible and finding out who God is, and what He thinks of me, etc.
Matthew 11:29&30 says;
"Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
