sing from your diaphragm that way air isn't coming from your lungs...it also helps with holding your notes longer

I second twinkybutt!

A vocal coach can help you learn to sign from your stomach area, not your nose or throat. Since I started singing years ago with many teachers, I've noticed that I don't even use my nose to talk anymore. I speak completely from my gut.

That happens to me and the only way is to not try so hard. But sometimes I enjoy singing like that because of the pitch is a little lower and there's actaully like nasal spray if it continues. But if your not congested then idk?

Practice,Practice,Practice,is all you can do. Now some people will answer your question,} Try dancing instead. But don't listen to them, you just keep on singing and I'll see you on American Idol next year.
