First of all, other people's judgements are their own perceptions and projections, based on their OWN causes and conditions. If you went around trying to please everyone you'd go bonkers, so let others have their opinions and do what's best for YOU as long as you're not causing anyone harm/suffering (which I'm sure you're not). After that... life has whatever "meaning" you give it, but I can guarantee you're not alone, heck you're not even an entity that exists inherently, you're composed of so many wonderful things that you label as a "self"... so that's pretty cool to start off with, then to top it off there ARE people out here who care, no matter who or what you're about.
Think about why you're feeling so alone and think about it analytically, you'll find you're not, then do something to make yourself feel better. Join a group, volunteer, talk to someone who cares... you'll find your own altruism (within reason, i.e. common sense and good boundaries) will bring you a degree of happiness, but you don't let others control you.
Hope this helps a smidge. Not much one can do online except to say, "I wish you happiness and peace."

First, ignore anyone who is judging you. It's none of their business and they are just wanting to tell you what to do and how to think. Get them out of your life. Then go out and volunteer at a soup kitchen or homeless shelter... get directly involved in helping people When you see what an effect you have on them, it will give you so much joy. Doing good things for others is the best "high" there is.

I think Cheryl E had a great answer. Serving others brings a great deal of joy while helping you to forget your own troubles or at least put them in perspective. Here's a quote from a man I highly respect.
To measure the goodness of life by its delights and pleasures and safety is to apply a false standard. The abundant life does not consist of a glut of luxury. It does not make itself content with commercially produced pleasure, the nightclub idea of what is a good time, mistaking it for joy and happiness. On the contrary, obedience to law, respect for others, mastery of self, joy in service—these constitute the abundant life. ("In Quest of the Abundant Life", Thomas S. Monson)
It can also help to get a better understanding of God, our relationship to Him, and His purpose for sending us to the earth. Understanding these things helps me get through the inevitable trials.

try. pick urself up and try again.
do all u can to seek what is Good, Positive, Happy, and Healthy, for urself and others in ur life.
even if it is hard, embarrassing, or possibly scary or possibily u might fail.. it is worth it.
i encourage u to read Romans 5-8.. it really helped me see that no matter what i do, i have been forgiven. the only thing for me to do, to Rejoice in God's Grace, is to live a life that i can be proud of. :) good luck~

Think about how others like you have overcome similar situations. Think about how you could apply your knowledge of their experience to your own. It's hard but you gotta get over it one way or another.
As this question was asked in R & S I suspect that this is not the answer you wanted to hear, but it IS the correct answer.

Start preying not to a "God" but to yourself...you have the answers inside of you, always have and always will...or you could seek medical attention because you are depressed.
