I was speaking with a Muslim woman from Egypt and she was telling me the Jewish Holocaust of World War II never happened. That it is a big fat lie and there is no proof that it ever happened. Do all Muslims believe this?

Germany has admitted it happened and apologized for it. The crematoriums and all of the concentration camps, including mass graves, still exist and have been visited by millions of people.

The evidence is so profoundly overwhelming that it is undeniable. This includes vast numbers of captured German military documents which give absolute verification of the executions.

But ask any person from Turkey if there was an Armenian Genocide and see what kind of an answer you'll get.

The person asking the question clearly misphrased this. They put a controversial title of "did the Holocaust really happen?" to get more answers. The real question is whether all Muslims believe it did not happen.
In many countries, such as Canada, it is illegal to promote anything that states the Holocaust did not happen. However, not every country is the same. The person asking the question is asking do Muslims all believe in what that one Muslim lady believes.
The person posing the question is not being ignorant or an idiot against the Holocaust. Maybe over generalizing the entire Muslim community, but that's it.
Additionally, it's impossible to argue with anyone who denies the Holocaust. They will just tell you that all the Jews, Eastern Europeans, Disabled, Homosexuals and just about everyone who did not support the Nazis did not die because the proof is fake. All the documented footage is just doctored. It's impossible to argue with someone like that. However, this is like any act of genocide or war. Look at the Russians who have still not acknowledged the Ukrainian famine. It's a huge problem.

Of course it really happened.

And no, not all Muslims are Holocaust deniers. But actually in many Muslim countries there is very little education about the Holocaust and so many people are ignorant. Because of that and a lot of antisemitic prejudices that Jews would generally not be trustworthy many of them can get influenced by the propaganda of the professional Holocaust deniers. An Egyptian friend of mine lived in Germany (where I live) for some years for her studies and most of what she knows about the Holocaust she learned here (in Germany), but she never claimed it would be a lie.

Some months ago I heard from a German Jewish Holocaust survivor who again lives in Germany and regularly goes to schools to talk to the students that he once talked to a class with only Muslim students and that he was very pleased by their reaction and that they were really interested to hear from him how it really was.

Absolutely it happened. I've heard of the Muslims claiming it never happened. There is a big push to spread this lie right now. Part of their anti-American campaign. They want to put doubt in other countries' minds. Probably, because of the war in Iraq. They are implicating that the same thing occurred during the Holocaust.

There was a big conference held with other countries attending to discuss this very thing. Watch the news! A link to an article about it is below.

There are people in several different groups who try to deny that the Holocaust was the incredibly evil and deadly event that it was- Mel Gibson's father is a notable example, and he is a Catholic.

The truth, as we all know, is that there is far too much historical evidence, including eyewitness accounts, documents, letters and footage that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Additionally, since the Nazis were such "admirable" record keepers, we have thousands upon thousands of records that are housed in a museum in Germany that give us the millions of names of the victims of the concentration camps.

Yes, all Muslims need to eat the flesh and drink the blood of Jews every two days, or so, or they'll just fall over and die. Also, all Muslims are required to deny the Holocaust; those that don't have their brains re-wired, their bodies fitted with RDX and sent gambolling into Jewish tavernas.

As always, make sure your sarcasm detector is properly calibrated.

All Muslims believe thee Holocaust never happened, because this is what they are taught.
The subject was taught in th UK, but because the Muslim population there protested, it was taken out of school curricula all over the country.

Millions of people can give you the proof you need in the numbers tattooed on their arms from the concentration camps. The proof of their family members massacred. That woman you talked to is just plain wrong and is totally ignoring the facts. It wasn't far enough back in our history to be obscure, there is lots and lots of proof. She's an idiot, Muslim or not.

So, an Egyptian Muslim told you the Holocaust never happened ;what else would you expect ? Religion does not embrace truth and proof, and fear and hatred of the `others`is never very well hidden.

Of course it really happened. There are probably still a few survivors to this day. Tell her to watch Schindler's List. There are many pictorial documentaries describing it. I would think some Muslims have been kept in the dark.
