I'm getting kind of tired of ordering pizza, as I am really picky about the cheese (how much cheese is on the pizza, and how long the pizza is cooked), any recipes on how to make pizza? The cheese I will figure out myself

All great ideas. I love this and they are nice little snacker pizzas. Use biscuits in the cans that you buy in the fridge section. Roll each out and decorate with favorite toppings and bake till cheese is melted and bubbly. They make great little pizzas and this way you can make different little ones and see which kind of pizza you like the best.
Anyway you make pizza make sure you don't overload with toppings because it makes your pizza dough soggy instead of crispy and cooked well.

I know this is going off the beaten path but I have a recipe for a dessert pizza that is AWESOME if you ever decide you want to give it a try!

Click on my profile for the recipe website and you will find it when you browse the recipes under desserts labeled as Chocolate PIzza.

You start with a bread dough. To make it faster rising I use rapid rise yeast. Make the dough, punch down once, roll out to pan size, paint with olive oil, spread with pizza sauce, add your meats (such as sausage or bacon or?), sprinkle on the cheese (I use a combination of mozzarella, monterey jack, and parmesan), add the pepper one (a must with me), pop into a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Just get one of those Boboli pizza crusts and then add what you want. I like putting together a pesto pizza where I don't use tomato sauce. I use pesto along with parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, olives and then grilled chicken. Yummy!

Go to the store buy the dough that is already made (which is pretty good and easy to use)

Then buy your favorite brand of tomato sauce and find the one that says "pizza sauce"

Buy your favorite cheese and other toppings and finally...

put it all together. Place in oven at 350 degrees adn wait until the cheese is all melty and brown and enjoy.

Not to hard.

Like Lynn said above ^ but you'll need to bake at higher temp--400 to 450.
