It appears that is the case. Isn't quantum physics marvellous?

That depends on what you call reality. From about 500 BC until 1590 AD, reality was defined as a human being's subjective experience (see Solipsism). After Galileo effectively proved Aristotle was wrong, more and more people have been accepting the scientific viewpoint that objective reality is the physical realm. (All matter and energy exist in objective reality.)
If you mean, can subjective (mental) effort effect a change in objective (physical) reality, my answer would be, "no, absolutely not." On the other hand, if you mean, can subjective (mental) effort effect a change in subjective (mental) reality, my answer is a resounding "yes."
In my opinion, much of the conflict between religious believers and skeptical atheists can be attributed to how human civilization has redefined "reality." Ancient solipsism says subjective experience is reality, while modern science tells us the physical realm is real. Most people switch back and forth between the two definitions without even realizing that they do.

If I stare at street lights real hard, and concentrate, I can change them from red to green. A little patience is required, but I'm sure I could teach others this reality changing technique. First you have to learn to relax in traffic, and then focus on the light, and soon...blip! Sometimes people play soft music in their vehicles, it helps to focus their will power...
It's not so much a Religous thing, more like a spiritual exercise....

I believe that in concentrating energy and directing it toward a goal you CAN effect change. That's what being a witch is about. Whether that change be in your own self or on some outward thing, it can and does happen. I've done it and seen it.

Absolutely. If I use my sheer will power to direct my hand and pick up a glass of wine, I have changed reality.
Reality is quite everywhere, so it's not so hard to change it. Cheers!

Depends on who's version of reality your referring to. If your talking about the true reality that consists of The Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I would say absolutely not. If your talking about the self deceived version of electrical impulses interpretations by peanut brains then of course.

Yep. When I turn on my AM radio to a spot where there's no station, by concentrating, I can change the pattern of the static. It's a very crude form of biofeedback!
