No.
Caffeine does not stunt growth, and does not cause acne.
Caffeine only causes an increase in heart rate, a release of endorphins and lower blood pressure.

I'm going against the grain here, but I'll try to make sense of this for you.
Your body is made of mostly water. It has a pH balance like a swimming pool does. If the balance goes acidic, the body attempts to correct it by utilizing base storage to offset the acid.
When you drink lots of soda or other chemicals, your body gets extra acid in it and needs to neutralize it. It turns to your bones, which have lots of calcium available. Your bones then lose a small amount of calcium needed for growth and stability.
This process over time will make your bones more susceptible to breakage and cracks, but this should not affect your youth nearly as much. But breaking the habit of non-natural chemicals put in your body is important for later.
As long as you're not making really strong coffee and drinking it by the truckload, you're OK.

No it's not true. Fiction. I have an Uncle who has drunk coffee since his teens, he is now 6' 6". I have a cousin who is 6" 3" and has been a coffee drinker for years too. How big or how small you are is in the genes not the coffee.

There is no evidence I know of that even remotely suggests that this is true. It is just an old wives' tale meant to stop children from taking in too much caffeine.

of course not coffee is just a beverage that helps us to keep from sleep because of the cafeine contained in it and it affects our nerve so if you have exams you can take some so that you can read through out the night.but when you abuse it it becomes a drug and becomes a heath hazard.
