Are blacks treated better in Europe than they are in America? Also...?

Do blacks act differently in Europe than they do in America? I'm not talking about all blacks. But in the cities I've lived in, majority of the young blacks wear the low jeans with their underwear showing and speak in their own slang language and aren't well educated and commit theft. They are very disrespectful to adults of all races, even their own parents. I am wondering how the black youth in Europe act and are treated? And how the education is there? Are they treated differently to white students?

there is no noticable discrimination, nor do African youths attract negative attention (minors, that is).

Adults:

Sad to say, they are not treated better here.

In my country, even black university professors or doctors in their fourties are pulled over frequently and treated badly by the police.

The reason is that the police, as well as civilians associate black people with the (again, sadly) numerous drug dealers that have come from Nigeria recently.

It is just too easy to pick out the black guy - people just think that the chance to stop a criminal is higher than when they focus on all skin colours alike.

It just makes life very, very difficult for black people here.

Let's just hope that as the drug syndicates move on, the stereotype won't stick...

Europe and america are two very big places. I'd say blacks are treated better in Rotterdam than they are in really racist parts of mississippi. On the other hand, I've never heard black athletes anywhere in the US get monkey taunts the way black soccer players do in spain. You may want to narrow your universe to get better answers.

I found blacks in England to be much better mannered than my fellow black americans overall.

Trust me, no matter where you go, black people are going to be treated differently. And it's not fair of you to say the majority of blacks are 'that way', because most of them you have probably never seen or come in contact with.

What about the white, latino, and other ethnicities that do the same? Many Blacks like myself are well educated, and therefore have sense enough not to take offense at such a onesided point of view. We just chalk it up to ignorance. Have a Blessed Day.

The fact that Blacks behave worse in America might be taken in to consideration as to the illusion of them being treated worse in America.
Slavery has been over for over a century, anytime they refer to it now as an excuse is simply that, an excuse to going out, marrying the mother of their children, and being responsible enough to not leave that wife, and screw anything they can.\
Not all blacks are irresponsible, but the whole BET/Jet/Ebony mentality is defeatist, pathetic, and divisive.
I know many responsible blacks who diligently work and support their families, yet the media message to the black community is Rap, Sports, womanizing, and irresponsible.
For shame to the black media, for promoting the idea that success is ,measured in "bling" cars, and "cribs".
Success is taking on the responsibilities of living. Not the fantasy land of BET!

I dunno, i live in America. It seems what ever black urban people do the white suburban kids do it a few months latter.... if we could get all the urban kids to sing 'the wheels on the bus go round and round' everynight at 7pm we could start a new cult!

europe is way less racist than the U. S.. this is going for the two the black and white community. blacks in europe tend to acept greater duty for their movements, and tend to play the racecard much less. the practise in europe is plenty greater proper than interior the U. S.. the black community does have its own subculture, yet they seem to be a techniques from stupid. infact maximum balck dutch human beings communicate greater proper dutch than dutch little ones do.

Also I've never heard of black-riots in Europe, but maybe that's just because I don't watch BBC news.
