i would start my morning with boxing then do some judo in the afternoon then at night i would go for either karate or muay thai and i would do that every day if i had the chance to anyways

infact if i ever win the lotery that is what my life will be like a 6-7 hour training day and the rest of the time to relax and chill out

Hapkido, aerobic exercise (step aerobics, zumba, etc), tennis and weight lifting.

I train in TKD and Hapkido. I would love to be able to train every day. You could train on kicking and punching. You get your strength and cardio in one work out. I would also get a lot of hapkido in. The only way to get good at that is training. It can be very technical but highly effective.
