He is your great uncle. His daughter is your parent's first cousin, so she is your first cousin, once removed. The dau's child is your second cousin.
That was my father's version, and my parents argued about it all the time, but it makes sense to me.

In my family he would be an uncle to you his daughter would be your cousin and her baby would also be a cousin.

his daughter would be your 2nd cousin and her daughter your 32nd cousin. I have know idea why it skips from 2nd to 32nd - but it does.
