Ok..my legs are heavier..how do i loose that fat without turning it into muscle..i run and bike...and lunge and stuff..but it's just turning into muscle..i just want it gone!! HELP!

ditch the lunges and the bike. Just run. Joggers have very slim thighs.

fat cells and muscle cells are completely different cell structures. they do not convert from one to another, you would have a better chance turning an apple into an orange

cardio cardio and more cardio! Look at runners, no one would mistake them for bodybuilders! Good luck!

try pilates, alot of ballerinas use it to lose weight withough becoming muscley
