We are going on vacation but unable to check into motel until late afternoon. My step-son is on 3 different meds, and they will be locked up in a hot vehicle for hours. Will this hurt them in any way?
I thought about ice, but I don't want the condensation to ruin the pills. Will they be ok?

Unless the meds are liquid, you should have no problem.

What about the gel packs that you can use to keep injuries iced? You shouldn't get any condensation from those. And they will keep the meds cool.

Most medicines need to be kept in a cool dark place. So if you can't keep them with you, you'll want to keep them in some kind of sealed container in a cooler.

you can put them in a airtight plastic bag and put them in a ice chest or if you go to the motel they will hold them behind the counter if they know you are checking in...hope it helps
