I had the same problem a month ago and was going to the loo lots. Turns out I was just well hydrated as I went to the doc with a sample. However if you are going lots to the loo and thirsty a lot it may be a sign of diabetes so it would be worth getting checked out it just a simple test dipped in your urine.

Urine is yellow when we don't drink enough water. It is good when its clear.

The colour of your urine depends mainly on your fluid input. The higher your intake the paler the urine.

Your wee is only yellow if you havent been to the loo for a couple of hours.. Drink 2l of water and then go to the toilet three times in 1.5 hours and youll see clear pee.

It can also mean you are *over* hydrated.
If you are going more than 4-5 times a day and have to wake-up in the night to do it, you are over hydrated.

Yes, you're hydrated. I drink too much Diet Dr. Pepper and mine is usually the opposite.

It should be clear! You must drink enough fluids . I would worry if your urine is dark!!
