The concept of "unskilled behavior"is a more liberal term for, "we are all responsible for our own actions and consequences", a notion commonly shared by Atheists and freethinkers who reject biblical `sin`and supernatural accountability. Your description of "unskilled thinking" will of course take responsibility away from Pastors and Priests, and place the onus at the feet of individuals-- oops, there goes the religious comfort blanket !

To be perfectly honest I am not totally certain that I understand your question. I think that we are well into the concept of 'unskilled' (as you define it) behaviour right now. This appears to be the 'me' generation. Whether it is the result of previous eras of permissive parenting or not I don't know. However, the self-centeredness of people has become very obvious...from people using cell phones in public theatres during performances..to just refusing to help other people on the street who need assistance. I don't abandon my views on altruism totally because there are still good people on the planet. But, really, somedays I just look around and have to shake my head at where we are going. Being an old fart like me is one thing...but having total disregard for your fellow human beings is another.
Well, now that I have so successfully ranted--I hope this was really answering your question. :)

Do you know what, you can do it. You can be the difference you want to see in this world. You have the free will to leave God out from your good behavior. You do not have to give any credit to God.
When you abandon self-centered thinking and behavior that avoid consideration of other life, you are doing God's will. God embraces skilled-thinking. His greatest commandment is love your Lord and love one another. He understands if you do not love him, but even then it is great when you love others. He wants to protect us from each other.
God is a big promoter of skilled behavior.

Uhh...defense attorneys would have a new, interesting tactic to use when defending criminals! Priests everywhere would send "sinners" out to take technical training courses in ethics, instead of telling them to do a rosary and wiseguys would probably feel even better about NOT going to church! The possibilities are endless...if a bit fruity! I don't believe in sin, but this is a BIT weird!

I dont believe in sin but I do have morals and they are what keep me a good person. I dont think changind it from sin to anything else will change certain people just make them feel less guilty about the bad things they do.

Well it would get worse is you replace living for the Lord with living to keep everyone happy. We would only be able to sit around and do or say very innocuous things for fear of offending some one. Nothing would get done like in labor unions and congress. We'd spend too much time figuring out how to act and not enough time living our lives.

Rev 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

things might not change at all because unskilled behavior is considered a sin too.

Um, people would quit trying to "save" others, and instead set out to "teach" others skills..... half of them would probably be just as annoying.....either way, someone is mis-behaving, someone is trying to make them behave, and some of them are just plain obnoxious in the effort to do so...
