What I think is hilarious is that you people complain about me asking a question that's already been asked, yet I still had 28 answers within a couple minutes. :)

The title of the forum is Religion and Spirituality.

As far as I'm concerned, religion is going to a church and having someone drill a bunch of rules and nonsense into your head. Spirituality is basically believing in some higher power but having the ability to think for yourself and make your own decisions on how you choose to live your life.

So to answer your question, anyone can come to this forum and answer any question that they chose to. You don't necessarily have to believe in "God" and belong to a religion to come to this forum. This forum is open to anyone, so anyone, no matter what their beliefs can come here and post whatever they want.

Good Question!!! Several theories on it. 1. Simple Antagonism 2. Antagonism w / malice 3. Intent to force beliefs on others 4. Intent to Mislead 5. Intent to take away time for answering Legitimate Questions 6. To Earnestly ask a Legitimate Question These are placed in their order of Greatest Frequency in my Observations. John

Religion and spirituality both deal with questions of meaning and existence. Very few people are not interested in "big picture" questions like this, regardless of religion or age (although, from personal experience, I can tell you that you think about these things more as you get older).

Because it is Religion and SPIRITUALITY. You do not have to be religious to be spiritual. Being spiritual can be from religion but it can also be just going within yourself. I know atheists who consider themselves spiritual but they do not believe in any god or life after death. Not all atheists but a good many.

If this was a Christian only section or religion only section, I might have a different answer.

The interest of a non religious person in a forum titled Religion etc can be two sided one may be that he or she wants to repent of his old ways and follow the truth or it may be that he or she may be sitting there to spoil the spirit of the forum. It changes from man to man.

And the 5th time this question has been asked in the last two hours. And I'm not on here all the time. is there some kind of religious incapability of clicking on the little links for posts that come up when they create a question?

I think we have a lot of kids on their computers who are wise guys. You have to realize a person can be answering questions on the Home Yahoo Q & A board and not be specifically on this board.
All questions on this board fall on the Home board. Now when it pops up at the top on Page 1 on this board by that time it will probably be in the middle of page 2 or 3 on the home board.

I feel some of the Atheist are sincere but I believe a lot of them are kids that have had Biology 101 and that makes them experts on logic. Many will grow up as the years go by.

Personally, I hope it's to be able to dialog and NOT debate.

Seeking wisdom is to learn of others and their beliefs.........or non-beliefs.

I'm glad they are interested to be in this forum......they have just as much qualifications as you or me.

This seems to be another repetitive question, as are the ones about the Catholic faith.

You are missing half of it - this is religion ~and~ spirituality. Some non-believers or non-religious are spiritual. Religion and spirituality are separate and do not have to cross paths.
