I just received a gold delta amex. I have a $2,500 credit limit. Used up $2,575. I have no clue what happens next? Will they add up some fees? Credit score-wise? I mean as long as I'll pay it back in full at the end of the month I should be good?
Thanks

Well, the truth is, if it went through, AMEX automatically increased your credit limit. Lucky you.. I would call customer service and find out, I dont think they penalize you as long as you make your allotted monthly payments on time.

Like a couple of the other posters said, they will probably hit you with over limit fees.

They may also rate jack you, credit limit decrease your account or possibly close your account. (or you may have flagged the account for a financial review)
And when it shows you were over limit on your credit report, your other creditors may notice and may also rate jack you.

There may be an overlimit fee, read your contract. Should not affect your credit score, but yes, definately pay it off in full.
