How can she be eligible to play at Stanford after years of endorsement money from Nike, accepting appearance fees to play in tournements and even accepting prize money from the LPGA 2 years ago.
University of Colorado WR Jeremy Bloom was determined, by the NCAA, to be ineligible to play football his Senior year because he earned endorsement money and prize money from skiing events.
Isn't this a double standard and just one more reason to hate Mechelle Wie?

Michelle is not eligible to play NCAA golf. She is going to Stanford as a student.

Not sure where you got your info but it is not correct , she is going to Stanford for the Education not to play golf , she is not eligible .
